Oatmeal Rasin Cookies! Part 2

Ahhhhhh...........I am fully-rested and ready for cookies. So as you may remember I was falling asleep at my computer. ( Is that the right term?) Anyway, here is what I did:

To make the batter I creamed the butter and sugar well, then I added the egg and mix well. Then add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Make sure the ingredients are fully incorporated. Add the oats and raisins. The cookie dough should be very sticky. Then use a tablespoons onto the baking sheets and bake for 15 min. at 375 take out and let cool. This recipe Makes about 24 cookies ( 2 dozen cookies.)

Batter in the bowl

The texture of the oatyness

Measuring the cookie

The sizing of the oatyness

Risking the expolsion of my camera to view inside the oven. (just kidding)

The finished product!

Well my food friends happy baking!
